Instead, solar panels are located at local solar farms across New York, which generate power from the sun and deliver it to the National Grid electricity grid. Then, a portion of that power is credited to you, reducing your electricity bill every month. ![How Community Solar Works infographic (2)](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/How%20Community%20Solar%20Works%20infographic%20(2).png?width=1808&height=533&name=How%20Community%20Solar%20Works%20infographic%20(2).png "How Community Solar Works infographic (2)") ![How it works icons_bmore](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hubfs/How%20it%20works%20icons_bmore.png "How it works icons_bmore") No solar panels on your roof, only on our New York solar farms. We generate power from the sun, then pass it along. ![electric utility](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hubfs/4-1.png "electric utility") **Solar energy ** is delivered into the National Grid electricity grid. ![savings](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hubfs/6.png "savings") **National Grid** applies your solar credits at a 10% discount on your utility bill, saving you money every month. ![noun-new-york-100458-00407D](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/noun-new-york-100458-00407D.png?width=150&height=150&name=noun-new-york-100458-00407D.png "noun-new-york-100458-00407D") LOCAL Our solar farms are located right here in New York, supporting the community. ![noun-green-electricity-4871364-00407D](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/noun-green-electricity-4871364-00407D.png?width=150&height=150&name=noun-green-electricity-4871364-00407D.png "noun-green-electricity-4871364-00407D") CLEAN Solar energy goes directly into the National Grid electricity grids, replacing carbon energy. ![noun-dollar-wallet-756509-00407D](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/noun-dollar-wallet-756509-00407D.png?width=120&height=120&name=noun-dollar-wallet-756509-00407D.png "noun-dollar-wallet-756509-00407D") SAVE 10% For every $100 of solar credits earned, you pay only $90 - that's a 10% discount. ![noun-thumbs-up-3139165-00407D](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/noun-thumbs-up-3139165-00407D.png?width=120&height=120&name=noun-thumbs-up-3139165-00407D.png "noun-thumbs-up-3139165-00407D") 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, plus feel great knowing you are helping to keep our planet healthy. ![person solar field](https://info.neighborhoodsun.solar/hs-fs/hubfs/person%20solar%20field.png?width=941&height=664&name=person%20solar%20field.png "person solar field") #### QUESTIONS? ## SPACE IS LIMITED, JOIN TODAY!
